The Javed Fiyaz Charitable Trust held a lavish party at this year's 60th Cannes film festival, to raise public awareness of Global Warming and its severe consequences. Many celebrities were in attendence to support the cause, including Jessica Simpson, Jason Statham (Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels, Transporter and Crank), Gerry Butler (300) and some of the World's most famous supermodels. The event also coincided with the World Premiere of a special environmental documentary which was produced, co-written and narrated by Leonardo DiCaprio. The JFCT made a donation to Leonardo DiCaprio's environmental foundation and was priviledged to have the Actor attend the party and demonstrate his support for this important cause.
